And he just closed the "should I buy an RX?" thread due to the subject matter being "off thread" when the information being discussed, engine sludging, was very much on point to the thread subject.

Is s/he really abidding by CL moderator rules are is s/he just too "pro" Lexus?

I'll check into it. But I do know the last RX thread that talked about sludge ended with some lawyer guy trying to build up a case here on CL. Also he actually posted about kidnapping the son of a Lexus service manager etc... so the moderators are being careful.

ClubLexus is an enthusiasts site for Lexus owners so most members here are ardent supporters of Lexus even to a fault. So I can see where you would say "pro" Lexus abounds here. Talking of class action suit is not going to happen here especially about Lexus. Toyota is another matter.
