Ive pmmed you about this problem and we left it as an oh well, like I said before Ive never been reprimanded for a sig being too big or along those lines... can someone please tell my why (even at a correct size) my sig will show up small all the time? anyone even other than Dave care to chime in on this one? just so confused on this

I'll try again... When you use the forum signature picture capability (as you are) it automatically resizes your image to fit within our 450 tall x 100 wide size constraints. Your current signature is 290 tall x 100 wide. The 100 wide is our max image size allowed; you are at the max.

For example, if you uploaded an image that was 600 x 200, CL's software would shrink it down to be 300 x 100.

If you put the 'native' image in your signature using the IMG picture tags rather than uploading a signature image you could put the full image there, but if it's being resized then it was too large to begin with. That means then you would get reprimanded for having your signature too big

Bottom line, get a signature image made thats 450 x 100 and upload it the same way you have now and you'll get the full size. As it is, the one you are uploading is very likely too wide.

We have to ask so many people to change their signature size that I'm considering removing the ability to use IMG tags in signatures and ONLY allow the signature upload feature (which will automatically resize). This will let the moderator team concentrate on more important things. Downside will be that everyone who uses an IMG will need to update their signature.
