minor forum problem

i used to have a little popup box everytime i hit the "forum tools" button but now it links me to the bottom of the page. what did i change??? thanks

hmm wierd, went to sleep after posting this and its back to normal...also the picture of the IS, GS and the SC banner didnt show up when this happened. thanks for help though Dave.
