Doesnt work? When I click on it through the profile, it will show all posts instead of thread.

 

Werd. I've noticed that too and it's annoying.

 

I've got this listed on a set of minor bugs I'm about to release to our tech guys (among some other things).

In the interim, there is an easy workaround. If you go to the advanced search feature and put the member name in the 'search by member name field' and immediately under that select 'find threads started by user' it will do exactly the same function as that feature.
