I've reported the slow responses and outages to our tech guys as they've occured.

Note we have not yet migrated to the IB servers - that should happen end of this month / early next month. Hopefully that will get our response and uptime back where it should be.

i was playing golf with OLT and i accidentally broke the server with my iron-5.

thankfully, OLT has a back-up server in his trunk.

will that possibly help with the random FF "cookie" issues?
