It's been an on going topic since our servers were upgraded. I was having the problem for a bit but it has been working for me recently.

I'm on Road Runner Cable using IE7.

Make sure you are loading a few pics at a time, not 5. Plus make sure they are under 300k in size. It's just a guideline i'm using for now. Anything larger or uploading several at a time gives me the blank "DONE" page.
