New guy here. My ES 350 Ruby/Black will arrive later this month. I've read about a number of the owner experienced problems and was curious if anyone knows if Corporate Lexus monitors these type of forums. I have a 2000 F-350 Diesel (zero problems) and I heard Ford would read the "TheDieselStop" forum, althugh I don't know if it caused them to research or react to problems identified by forum members.

As per on a post per post basis, I would not doubt that they read them. After all, this is the largest (and of course best) Lexus forum on the net. In addition, it is a great source of information on just about anything Lexus.
Keep in mind, too, that in the name of Club is Club Lexus. You can find posts elsewhere that indicate we have had contact with them on the design of our newest CL logo, which you see above.
We have many contacts at Lexus HQ and TMS that view the forums anonymously. I have 5 different contacts at Lexus HQ and several at TMS. Although they do not post, they do value the experiences and opinions that our members share. They really do listen.
