FAQ / How To Section Development
How about bringing them back and sending url shortcuts to new registered members so that the same issues aren't asked over and over and over again?
Not faulting anyone really, but to get some organization to all the things we've covered so far would be really helpful to all the DSCs - we've got enough mental talent here to really develop some great articles
FAQs on: detailing / wheels / suspensions / maintenance / general tuning etc / 0-60 times for intakes and other mods / lighting
How Tos: tint / change your oil / debadge / rebadge / change the chrome shifter bezel
all those little things you wonder about, then try to search / wade through the archives
of course they'd need to be model specific...
just throwing out some thoughts....
Would you like to volunteer for being the editor of the FAQ? I can give you access to the admin part of the faq.
Let me know...
Thanks,
Michael
I'd be happy to do some structure developement and fill in some rough info for what I know for the GS, like an outline of what I've seen might be the most useful, only cause that's where I spend most of my time and my knowledge is rooted there.
If you were looking for someone to do all the models, that might be too big of a task for me to tackle - I just don't know enough about the others
Again, if you'd like me to run with teh GS stuff, I'll draw up some ideas, PM or email them to as a Word doc, get your feedback, then solicit the GS forum for feedback as to what they would like to see in it that would be helpful to newcomers....

PS
I just found the FAQ section you were talking about in the newest version of CL - very good start.....this is the type of info I was looking for when I first joined here
