After being on CL for over a year...
.... I FINALLY HAVE A SUGGESTION!
How about opening a section called "Achievements & Records" in which there will be Stickies at the top showing the fastest 1/4 mile times, most hp, awards won, etc? If someone wants to get their name on those stickies, they will have to post a scanned copy of the 1/4 receipt, or something that will prove their legitimacy.
This will give people who mod their cars an actuall goal to achieve by surpassing the person with the best run (or which ever record they want to be known for)

We had a 'post your 1/4mile times' sticky for a long time in the racing forum and no one ever posted. It was so lonely, I think it dried up and blew away.
