It's a moving GIF a guy hand created by taking a Max Payne demo and extracting like 48 sep images from it. Ran across it reading another board (one about gaming, for Unreal Tournament, I think). I'll look around for the link.
Some of those guys had some really cool moving GIFs as their tagline and I was curious when I captured it if it would bring across the entire moving image or just the one that was on the screen at the time I saved it. Guess it gets all of them!
