vBulletin 3 has a great WYSIWYG editor for composing message posts. When I go to my options it doesn't show it. This must be because it is disabled in the Admin Control Panel.

Is it possible to enable that feature? I'm not sure if there are any performance constraints (I don't believe so) and members can still decide if they want the option...they aren't forced into.
