Where should I post a question about Lexus owners experiences with getting cracked leather seat fixed under warranty? I have an 03 ES300 w/16k miles and 18mos since new delivery.

I'd start in the ES forum. I think different models use different grades of leather and your best bet to find someone with a similar situation might be there.
