I get this message about 1 out of 3 times when I'm attempting to post a reply to an existing thread -- generally after I've previewed before submitting the post

I can sometimes get the post back by refreshing, but then the system won't let me post because of the 30 second limit. Sometimes just waiting out the 30 seconds allows the post to go. Sometimes I have to start over.
