Yah, I'm having some problems on this end. I got the pic on, just not in the right spot.

You're almost there.

-Go back and click the Tools
-Click on Forum Options
-Once you're in that screen, on the bottom, click on the "Change Avatar" button, it will take you to the upload screen.
-On the avatar upload screen, just click the "Choose" button to upload the picture from your computer or paste the image link that you used to put up the image on your sig and click "Submit Modifications"
