Default Xenon Depot.com question

I thought that the selling of aftermarket HID kits were banned. Why is xenondepot.com a vendor? I'm not complaining about it, I'm just curious how this paradox exists.

Good question, not sure of the answer.

I do know any aftermarket (non HID) can be considered illegal in many jurisdictions and - like many modifications we make to our cars - is "for off-road use only".

XenonDepot is also headquartered in Canada, perhaps the ban applies to US-based companies.

If the company is based in Canada, I suppose it doesn't affect them. I wonder if the import laws affect them.

Nope, they are free to do business.
