I posted a reply in the debate forum and then it showed up above the post I replied to. The timestamp on my post was an hour earlier than the first post in the thread. Then I refreshed the page and my post disappeared. And of course, over the last few hours I've been having trouble accessing this site.

Are these just bugs from the update to a new version of the bulletin board software?

 

The hardware on the server was being upgraded. The site was down and brought offline for the upgrade. A notice was givin to all moderators.
