Do people pay to get their sigs created? Whether or not they do, where can i get one? I noticed i don't have one recently, and would like to get one for my name.

No payment is needed for sig creations. You can either do it yourself, or let someone else create one. Some people got their signatures done from the Photoshop sub-forum. Just ask anyone in that forum (i.e. start a thread with the subject "I need a sig", etc.), and he/she will help you out. There are some rules and requirements for a CL-legal signature; read up the stickied threads in the Photoshop forum.
