Mailbox full?????

Mailbox full?????
Everytime somebody tries to send me a PM, I get email notices saying my mailbox at CL is full. In fact I don't have ANY messages stored there! Anybody else experiencing this??

It's just you 
(actually it is your PM mailbox).
You need to do two things...
1) In your PM inbox, change the "Show Messages From:" (option top left) to the beginning and hit go. The default is 10 days and you just don't see the old ones. Clean out the old ones.
2) Also in your PM inbox, change the "Jump to folder: " (option top right) to "sent items" and hit go. You may also need to change the "show messages from" in the sent items folder to see all the old ones you need to delete.

Is there a way in our user control panels to show us how much private message space we've used? I know you can see it on the botton of the home page but it isn't that clear anywhere else.
