mods, just a quick little suggestion i thought of... maybe a sticky in each forum giving some tips for users on how to use the search feature to their advantage... (i know i never really used it until a few months ago) and instead of creating new posts and waiting for some input/info, the search will answer many questions right away... what do you think??

 

We'll do it on a forum by forum basis (there already is one in the SC forum, for example). In general, moderators (and members, thanks) nearly always tell new members when they join for their first few posts about the feature when it's obvious the member didn't search.

In the GS forum, we're (slowly) assembling a very detailed FAQ post to sticky and we've already included how to search right in that thread!
