How do you set-up one of those little pics that appear under your name when posting?

go to profile
go to edit options
go to new avtar at the bottom (thats what its called)
press "yes" i want an avtar or whatever.
upload a 50x50pixel or smaller picture and press save changes, you're done.

e-mail me if you need more detailed instructions or if you want me to shrink your picture for you.
