Can an admin have a look into why the site is not letting me change my password, I use long complex passwords but even simplifying to the format that the default password reset automation uses it rejects it and forces me to remain on the reset password the system created which is a security risk to the site.

 

Your password must meet the criteria listed in the tool-tip next to the new password field. I have attached it here.

Additionally, if you make it too complicated it will be rejected. This is not uncommon and is not likely to be fixed.

If you want additional layer of security, enable MFA in your UserCP

 

I was following the requirements, site must have been glitching out that day because it's letting me change it now.
