Two Usernames and emails

I've had this username for a pretty long time and used an old email, but I have that banner asking "is your email up to date?" I wanted to change it to my gmail instead, but i used it to create a new username when i couldn't remember the login info to this one. Is there a way to deactivate the new username so that I can update my email on this username?

I can't even remember the other user name now lol.
