Default Anyone ever service their car at a Firestone Complete Auto Care?

My L/Certified expired on my 2014 IS250 and was wondering if taking it to a Firestone Complete Auto Care is ok for every 5k service for oil, brake, tire, battery change, etc. or should I just take it to the Lexus service center? Where does everyone take their car for service when no longer have warranty?

^^ This is just my opinion so take it for what its worth. If your car is no longer under Lexus Warranty, it doesn't take away from the fact that having a reputable service center should be used to do any vehicle care. Keep in mind that some people have had some bad experiences with some of these 'cheaper' repair shops with even oil plugs being 'stripped' when replaced which caused more damage than the money it saved. The other question you need to ask yourself if will this shop stand behind their work if something gets damaged or goes wrong? In the end, I am not saying that you should go to a Lexus dealer, but just make sure you analyze the cost difference and savings done in a year, and whether you are comfortable with the quality and work of Firestone Complete Auto Care. Cars are becoming so complex today and making sure that these non-dealership locations have all the necessary equipment/software for our Lexus' is a must

Best of luck and I am sure I didn't give you the YES/NO answer you were looking for, I guess it is a YES with a caution embedded in it

I've taken my IS250 to Firestone. Never had any issues. With that being said. I have been to 3 of them before settling on the one I use now. Just need to check out the location, and rewiews

I've only used Firestone for alignments. They have a one time payment for lifetime warranty. And they don't use ramps for their lifts which is nice as my car is lowered.

Just got new tires from Firestone and also purchased the lifetime alignment service. Might just let them do maintenance work while I get my alignment every 10k miles.

From a resale perspective, having continuous service from a Lexus dealership might look good to some perspective buyers. Though that depends on how long you intend to keep it.
