Loud buzz, lasts 30 seconds or so even when key is turned to battery only. Ac is off.

Snooped around..... it is on passenger side under glove..... not sure how to get there, but I felt the vibration source, looks like a loud speaker. It stopped a bit when I pushed it a bit. Not sure what it is yet.

There are no speakers in the dash itself. Speakers are in the door panels.

It does sound like the servo grinding. Does the sound only come when you turn on the key then stops after 30 seconds or so? Does your radio door or NAV door operate normally?

Sounds like an HVAC servo.
there are four...one on the drivers side and three on the passenger side. The passenger side are accessed under the dash.

i had the same issue in my 2002...the AC would be off and still made the noise...like you said, 19sec.
i took the servo actuator off, cleaned it and the problem has not been back for six months, so far.
mine was for the passenger side hot/cold.

At first, mine would click all the time, then it went to the noise you shared.
