Can anyone tell me if a 2010 sport model drives noticeably different than my 08 base car? Body roll in particular
thanks

I can't answer about the 2010 Fsport, but I can tell you that my wife's 2015 Fsport has significantly less body roll than my 2011 base. Of course, the tires make a difference as well. She has Pirelli P Zero Neros and I have some Dunlop All Seasons.

The 2010 Sport has adjustable air shocks and 19" wheels so it definitely drives differently.
If you want to improve base model handling, get 19's and upgrade the shocks to KYB Gas a Just shocks. These 2 made my Ls460 drive less like an old Lincoln Towncar

long ago I built up a 58 vette to end up with a triple carb 427 engine in it.
slightly noise heavy from the iron motor. Tesla dual fast. Scary top end. Went into fourth at 150.

The camber adjustment offset is done before pressing the bushing or after ? .

Just installed the new KYB aftermarket struts in my 2007 LWB. They have substantially helped with the body roll although still not fabulous.
Swapping bushings will have limited, if any, benefits. Stiffer springs and/or firmer anti-roll bars would help the most.

The only Tesla that thing would match is one that is doing 0-60 in above 4 second, such as the P70D. Having driven the P85D and P100D, your old Corvette didn't stand a chance because even a built 427 today is going to struggle to match those acceleration numbers. The C6Z in stock form will not match that, not without perfect drag strip conditions. And that car is way faster than a 58 Corvette.
People vastly overestimate what their old cars were capable of, most of them being 13 or 14 second cars in the quarter mile that magically got faster over time with memory.

original install was a carefully built 327 and 4:88 positraction gears on the street and Casler cheater slicks.
zero to 60 car. Hurt your neck muscles. Had to put adjustable headrests in the car.

my favorite set up i ever had was on my IS300. i had Tokiko Illuminas on Tein S tech springs. they were "soft" enough for daily use and stiff enough for some spirited driving...

I think it’s well balanced and rides pretty good for the height I’m at. The Fortune Auto 500s are nice paired with 14k and 10k Swift springs. It was over 2k in suspension parts so I was expecting it to be much better than the BC Racing set ups in my LS400 and LS430. No complaints so far.

I've got a 2010 Sport. When I test drove it I didn't think the performance between Comfort-Normal-Sport were that noticeable. Mostly I wanted the wonderful Brembro brakes. It was only after I bought it and found myself on a long dark drive down the high speed mountain curves that I noticed much difference - and it was considerable. Not only does the suspension stiffen up but the steering becomes vastly more accurate and consistent. A hundered miles of this and I was delighted with the car.
My local roads have suffered from lack of upkeep so I have also come to appreciate the Comfort setting.
I do think the regular LS suspension is a good and appropriate setup for most drivers. If you get serious you might look on the Lexus site at the many differences between the regular LS and the Sport. There are so many they are rarely listed.
Good luck and have fun.
