Illuminated Door Sills
So I have been looking and comparing the part numbers for this. So it gets really confusing. So far I have pinned down that the new part number for the illuminated door sills is PT9425318000 it used to be PT94253140. It would seem this is the front driver side and front passenger side. Then you need the hardware kit. I have found two, PT94253141HW and PT94253160HW. Can anybody help me out as to which one to pick? I am also assuming you only need one hardware kit? Also I didn't even know there were rear illuminated door sills lol.

Why not just get this from eBay? Genuine Lexus dealer. I've ordered from this dealer multiple times and they're always lightning fast and professional. Get the whole kit at once and guaranteed to get the right parts:

Oh and someone better jump on this.. a display set for even way cheaper .. brand new never installed =) https://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-LIGHTED...3:pf:0&vxp=mtr
I wouldn't worry too hard about a "kit" all it is is a wire tap that taps into one wire.

The hardware kit is simply a bag of zip ties and tape.

It’s just $17 not a big deal, but what I’m interested in is that the new part number is different to the one on that eBay link you just posted.

Also I've never heard of buying just two.. you sure you aren't buying used or counterfeit? I've only seen Lexus sell these as complete kits.

Whatever part # the eBay link shows in its ad, just cross reference and use that.
Honestly i just threw the hardware in the trash when i installed these kits. the zip ties suck (way too large). The tape is just there to insulate your connections from rattling. i just used electrical tape lol. the sills themselves have a long wire you tap to the wiring harness which comes down the A-pillar. you just tap one wire. install takes less a few min at most. if i could buy these without the hardware kit i would. Any questions just call up SS Lexus in that ebay ad. those guys are extremely helpful. i wasn't even a customer once and they helped me on the phone look up parts and stuff.

the invoice says for a 250 but it’s works with my IS350
The install video is on YouTube and it’s very straight forward- easy easy

I ended up jumping on it and bought them. So I should just buy the T Taps and my own zip ties is what you’re saying and the actual light module comes with the scruff plates? I saw the install video so I’m not worried about the install itself.

Yes it's just an LED that's built into the plates. you won't even see it from the backside. Very very simple part. just a single wire that taps into a the parking light wire. if you want i can pull off my factory installed scuff plate and take a pic of the backside and what wire it taps into. Go to home depot and buy a small bag of taps. or get them on amazon. Lexus use ones like this: https://amzn.to/2CuMI9t
