Rear - 19x9.5 +38 w/265/30/19 tires

Aluminum would have better tolerance. Have you checked air pressure on the tires?

here's an old thread regarding plastic vs. aluminum hubcentric rings:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...er-bore-2.html

take it for what it's worth, but i think the OP has other issues unrelated to hubcentric rings - regardless of whether they're plastic or aluminum.

Although the tire shop may have balanced tires perfectly it doesnt mean the wheels or a wheel is not bent. Check the run out. The spec is actually pretty tight.

while doing the balance watch the run out on the tires edge too.
Does the steering wheel vibrate? Seat bottoms? Mirrors? Where does the vibration come from? Seat bottom is rear. Steering wheel is front.

It could be permanent damage to the tire and not even related to the wheel at all. I actually right now have a vibration in my driver's front tire due to what I assume was from a pothole. I removed my 19" front wheels and replacement them for a day with my 18" OEM with obviously different tires. Vibration completely went away. Had Discount Tire do another balancing on the wheels, but the vibration remained. I asked about a possible bent wheel, and they said it looked straight when spinning.
