Default For the look...

I know a lot of you cruise your RCF with the wing always up. Mine got stuck tonight, and I was looking at it parked and I really liked it. I think I might start cruising with it always up. So I noticed underneath the wing it was pretty dirty, well not so much dirty but just looked like that worn black plastic. I was just curious if you guys put some ArmorAll under it, to give it that nice shiny black. Call me crazy but I would love to see that under piece with some carbon on it. Even if it's just the fake stuff over it. I know that be hard, and you would never be able to close it afterwards, but at the point why would you?

Speaking of carbon. I saw that center piece carbon somebody got custom made online, and I freaking love it! I think that would be so sick in the RCF. I'm obsessed with carbon! I already added that piece on my steering wheel, and now I want more!! Soon I will had a carbon lip kit. I was looking at the E 63 AMG the other day, as my buddy is looking to get it. And she is just full of carbon!! I need more carbon!!! =)

Cheers,

I manually raise it up while I am washing the car in the coin wash. I spray the underneath of the spoiler down with water. It remains generally clean. I don't really see any wear in the plastic underneath the spoiler, but mine only has about 8,000 miles on it. I sometimes park the car with the spoiler raised up, but mostly I let it go down by itself when I park it in my stall.

I would get that fixed under warranty. I think there's a sticky for stuck wings. After fixed then you can disable it while in the up position.

I like to leave it up sometimes too. Just depends on the mood lol

Yes, I got my 2015 RCF active wing fixed a few months after I got it under warranty. All good now.

This would be the second time it's gotten stuck in 20,000 miles.

Has anybody else added any carbon to the center console, or have plans too?

Everything that is custom and unique costs extra. It's just the way things are these days. Some people just do it, because it makes them happy and they can. If you feel that way, no need to post about it. Just continue on to the next thread.
