I just ordered 2 parts for my Driver Door Window, has anybody ever order from oemvehicleparts.com.

1) Tried to call prior to ordering, got voice mail.

2).Placed order online with them, did receive order number.

3) Sent them email for eta for parts, they have not responded

4) Called them today, got VM again, left message!

So now I google them, not good reviews.....I hope the reviews are wrong and they turn out to provide service!

I just got an email from them, they acknowledged my order and may ship tomorrow, I will let you know how it works out! I almost called the CC Company, but decided to be patient. Good business practice is to answer phones and return emails in a timely manner!

All parts arrived as ordered! Now I am wondering if the inner seal molding can be installed after removing the exterior door belt? Or do I have to take the door Panel off. I did notice there is metal tabs on the inner piece of the new molding, looks like you have to bend those tabs onto somewhere on the top of the Door.

Any thoughts?

Awful service. Just, AWFUL!
No response to e-mail and phone within a reasonable time.
05-01-18 I ordered the taillight parts for $700 and waited a week for checking the part numbers, completing the order and preparing for shipment.
They gave me the UPS tracking number which shown no movement since then.
So now it passed 2 weeks, and I have no parts on hands.
I do not know what to do with them now although send a dispute through PayPal for a refund for items that have not been received.

I second mylparts.com. They were fast, affordable and efficient.

Lots of people also use Bell Lexus in Scottsdale AZ because they list stuff on Amazon/Ebay. You can email them directly and they will help you with an order. I have never done it, but I have used MyLParts.com

I finally got all my parts from oemvehicleparts.com after one month of waiting.

But, what I realized from this expereince is that it's not worth even a penny of ordering the parts from the East Coast (and this oemvehicleparts located in MA and FL) by living on the West Coast.
In the future, I will be ordering the parts only from the West Coast Lexus parts suppliers.
