These go over the existing leather. They have a thin foam layer so they feel more plush to sit in, also the back pocket is stitched so more floppy net that holds nothing behind you. They only potential issue I see is that the back rest of the rear seat is in place only by tucking it into the top, bottom, and sides so if any sits back there you may have to readjust it when they leave; but it does have a tight hold. That's why my fingers where in a little pain after installation.
Is this beige or ivory? I was wondering if it will look good on my white SC. Considering if I do all beige it'll come up to $408 shipped.
That's all ivory. It's really not white white. I debated getting the beige but I had bought a sample packet from them that included different colors and materials and the ivory looked better.

You have a dark exterior right? I have white exterior and really wished they wouldn't charge extra $200 for premium colors like light brown and dark brown. I might have to settle for beige...

Mine is angora beige metallic. I think mine were $380.
