Default Saggy front bumper

Car was in a small fender bender before I bought it
The tab on the front bumper is missing so I can't put the screw back in.. any suggestions on how to make it flush?!

had this issue on my old car. Exactly the same problem. Drilled a tiny hole into the plastic part that broke (inside of course!) and somewhere around the other side of the clip that broke as well. Used a zip tie to hold them together. Worked perfect, you would never even be able to tell the clip broke, and it never had an issue, looked completely flush.

I hope I kind of make sense? Hard to explain. You are NOT drilling into the fender at all, just somewhere along the clip that broke on each end.

Take a picture of underneath that side panel that the clip broke off of and maybe we can get a better picture of how to run a zip tie through.

Want my recommendation, dont even bother with the JBWeld. I was going to do that as well first and decided not too, at the end of the day with that you're just bonding it and the clips still broken. I feel like it would come off eventually.
With the zip tie, it'll be solid and you'll never have to worry about it snapping off due to wind or whatever.

The only issue I have is there is very little plastic to drill through on the bumper itself, it's so thin I'm not sure I can find a spot

have you tried to use the smallest drill bit to see if it works? They have these 2mm zip ties on amazon:
Amazon Amazon

Of course with 2mm zipties it may have a hard time holding or break a few times when you try to put it on, but I'd give it a shot.
