96 es300 wont start
I replaced the power steering pump, and all the lines. I put the car back together and it won't start. I do have a code reader as the check engine light is on, however, I'd like some help with that. attached is a pick of the results. What is that thingmajig by the engine that says diagnostic.
Thanks everyone.

Those are just the smog (or "drive cycle") monitors. You need to read codes.
If the car hasn't started, the CEL comes on when you turn the key to ON as part of the bulb test for the instrument cluster.
You sure nothing else was unplugged during the P/S pump job? The crank position sensor is down there, if it was unplugged that would definitely cause a no-start.
