Help identifying this Lexus IS250.
Hi guys,
First post here and happy to be here from Sydney, Australia.
Looking for a new car and came across this one: https://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/d...14652112/?Cr=3
Looks decently priced at about $15k AUD (~11,200 USD) for the KM's even though the rego is expired next month. The seller listed as a Sports version however, and from what i've read here Sports versions have leather seats. But seats do not look like the other alacantra seats i have seen in other Sports models. I am a bit hesitate the seller may have listed incorrectly and it is missing other Sports features such as Xenon lights etc.
According to this forum, it is a Gen 2 as it was manufactured after 2006. However, on the Aus Lexus owners forum, Gen 1's were 2005 - 2008. Is there a difference in ones that are imported to the US than Australia? I imagined it would be the same, with steering swapped around.
Thanks for any help.

Its a Gen 2
just like mine, save for the auto transmission.
Make sure you've got all the papers on work its had. The carbon buildup issue is real and its something to factor in b4 purchase.
