Did those lines come with your intake tube? I'm debating on a catch can or just doing what you did..
came with but i replaced a few things myself. I'm putting on a custom air/oil separator on as well. going with the radium engineering unit. i would start with the intake tube if i was you.
still waiting on my custom titanium bolts that are being custom burnt to color spec i want to replace all of bolts on the strut bar. i wanted to bolt up the strut bar to see how it looks and everything is looking amazing and coming out how i envisioned. sorry for the bad pic but too excited to wait to take good pics.

Yes it is and it's real, I do not know if it matches closely but if you like I can take a up close picture of the part when I pick the car up today. I got mine from 360eliteusa and it's a lot cheaper than the other distributor.

Nice HRE wheels, but I am afraid of carbon brakes, a friend had one sheer on him when he hit the brakes hard while cold. I know it is a no no but it was to prevent a bigger issue. I bet when they are at operating temp they must be awesome.
Black out badges. Masking chrome trim, spray over rubber too. Complete. Paint softening/cloudy.
First DIY mods since I've had my RC F for a few weeks now.
I blacked out the rear badges and chrome window trim.
I actually used Rustoleum Peel Coat, as it seemed equivalent and was a available locally in stores here in Australia.
I did do some research first to see others experiences with it and felt comfortable with it.
Firstly, I did one side of window trim, masked very carefully only leasing the chrome exposed, but unfortunately damaged some fine edges when removing the tape. There's also a very fine chrome line visible which seemed unavoidable. It's not bad, but will re do it one way or another. There is lots of fine rubber moulding to work around.
Next, I blacked out the rear badges and that worked fine.
Then I had another go at the other side of chrome window trim, and this time decided to also spray over the rubber mouldings, but still masked everything very carefully. Frustratingly, there is still a fine chrome line in places where the adjacent fine rubber mouldings are. I definitely covered these while spraying, but a tiny line kept opening up and I thought the spray would bridge the fine line.
One more issue experienced which is the most worrying is that the 1 inch border of the overspray has lost its gloss on the paintwork and tapping/scratching with my fingernail tells me it's definitely softened the paint.
The colour seems to have lightened slightly and you can definitely see the difference.
The Peel Coat was only on for 30 mins too.
I then went to the back of the car to check if the paint was also faded around the rear badged, but it looked fine.
However, the fingernail test confirmed that the paint had been softened.
The badges were done about 6 hours before I checked the paint.
Now I don't want to try to fix the other side of window trim in case the same issues happens with the paint.
Will have to look at other options.

I really hope the paint issue is just temporary and that it possibly removed a wax coating, however the softness worries me.

I feel your pain...hang in there! Luckily, weather hasn't gotten too cold/bad yet so still able to take mine out but weather is changing
