SRee is an upstanding guy...very straightforward and sincere. 
The item he is selling is brand new from Japan...not some knockoff with a nice box. He will not mislead you. The shifter posted for sale is for a W58, the other posted photo with two units shown is for an R154.(but don't take my word for it). Do your research...there are several threads on this site and others about this topic. ALSO, bending a shifter by heating it up or cutting a section out to make it shorter is NOT a good idea. These "solutions" are not based on sound engineering principles and will not garner the desired results. In this instance, you get what you pay for. C's is the best there is for short shifters. (Note: I didn't say the cheapest)
