i would like to get my hand on a ltuned steering ecu iam willing to pay 160 dollars
wont find one for that price and FWIW when i bought my car i was looking for one and found out the gs430 is the same ecu. i think they have different pn's but they the same
I feel that if the 430 ECU was the same as the L-Tuned, why didn't they just use it in the SportDesign? They gave the SportDesign it's own steering ECU for a reason. I'm not saying the 430 ECU isn't the same or better than the L-tuned or SportDesign but I feel that the SportDesign would get the better steering ECU because they designed that car to be the better handling 2g GS.
A little bit, nothing major though. It does get a little better but don't expect a night and day thing. If you read up, even people with the L-tuned ECU didn't notice much of a change. Its just not as sensitive (floaty) at higher speeds. All it does is adjust the amount of power assist at different times.
thats what i was told when i was looking for one along time ago (bout 2 years or more)
