To answer some of your questions as to where these LEDs are manufactured:
1) The diodes themselves (LED bulbs) are made in Germany.
2) The circuit board is made in Japan.
3) Actual assembly is done in Korea.
These LED bulbs are not the same as the lower grade ones you will find on ebay.

I just received some feedback from one of our customers that installed this kit in his SRT8:
Basically all you need is:
The picture provided shows you to use the tools to pull down on the lens cover as the back of the lens cover needs to pop out. If you still have your stock bulbs in there remove the deflector plate you will not use it again and simply install the new LED bulbs. I was a bit confused at first which was the left and right but the shape of them will indicate that for you as they are a flat panel LED with 6 mini LED bulbs, the back of the panel will snap into the oem housing then simply put the lens cover back on and your done.
Compared to the V-LED bulb on the right
Basically all you need is:

this review is of the standard 194 LED bulb, and the 194-360 bulb, both in white.
understand, i am NOT a photo expert. i took these with a 5 megapixel sony point and shoot. you will be able to tell where i used a flash and when i set the camera on a ledge.
i will update this review every month so we know how long the bulbs last.
so far, i like them a lot better than the ones i got from superbrightleds.com. these are brighter, and the build quality from a visual inspection is obviously better.
both the standard and the 360 bulb will fit in the front and rear parking lights. i didn't bother testing the 360 bulb in the license plate light.
here's some pics comparing them to the standard 194 wedge bulb.[/quote]

...360 LED-- notice the halo due to the brightness!
in the daylight, just because.
