The Lexus IS LED Dome light upgrade will come with LED bulbs/ LED panels to upgrade the interior map and dome light lights on your vehicle. If you wanted to upgrade your mirror lights, trunk lights, side mirror lights, and parking lights you would need to get 194 LED wedge bulbs.
Here is what you would need for the IS:
Dome Lights / Map Lights:

Hi,
The Lexus IS LED dome light kit will come with LED panels to upgrade your front and rear map lights. If you wanted to upgrade your visors and doors to LED, I would suggest getting these all new High Power 194 LED bulbs (sold in pairs). You will get 15% off these bulbs as well.

for ALL the interior lights would i just get this package ?

The Lexus IS LED dome light kit will upgrade your interior map and dome lights (front and back). This kit will not upgrade your vanity lights. You would need to order 194 LED bulbs for the vanity lights.
These 194 High Power LED bulbs are the ones installed in the picture you referenced.
