is it me but these dont look like the front rca spacers...i thought it was black

It doesn't have to be black to be RCAs. The black is just a coating on the outside.

What GSteg said, the black is just a coating on the outside. The black coating is actually unnecessary as they are made from aluminum and therefore don't rust like steel. The black on the set you posted is just for looks and adding to the price

the black sage ones have a extention where the bolt goes and the silver one has receced holes. why is that?

That's just a bushing that is set in there ( it's not a press fit or anything), the pair I'm selling also includes the bushings and everything else needed for install.
