what do you mean by incomplete set? how many 18x8s do you have? how many 18x8.5s?

He has 2 rears 18x8.5 with worn tires. I just bought a from 18x8 rim from him

Where about in texas are you? If you're in houston, I'll pick it up from ya. Is it $100 for both rear 18x8.5 wheels? As long as it's straight, I could care less if they are curb since I'll just use it for spare wheels.
