The driver's side tail has a blemish above the reverse light and a chipped tab. The tab is fully intact and looks to have been previously attempted to superglue back.

They will have the hyperblink problem but they are a direct fit.
Let me expand on that:
The plugs will fit directly but because they run at a lower voltage the car will think that one of the bulbs is burnt out causing the blinkers to signal faster.

would i be able to use my stock harness instead of the 95-96 harness?? reason being that my tails are leaking and when it rains they fill up with water and wants to burn out my bulbs. tired of replacing them. and if i can get a good price for something better than stock 92-94 tails, i'd like to purchase a set that would require little to no mods. just simple bolt on and go. trying to save up for a usdm tt 6spd summer dream project, so cosmetic is at minimal priority since a usdm 2jzgte is rare and expensive. i know someone who will sell me his complete front clip for a certain price and right now i dont have the funds for it. so if i can fit my stock harness on the 95-96 tails, i mite purchase these.

You could:
-reuse your old 92-94 harness, leave the extra bulb hanging out of the tail light housing (no hyperblink)
-reuse your old 92-94, unplug the extra bulb (hyperblink)
-use the 95-96 harness (hyperblink)

I hope this helps. It's not that the pigtail harness on taillights that are the issue it's the car itself will still expect that extra bulb. You can use either set of harnesses it's just that the car will be trying to find an extra set of blinker bulbs that the 95-96 don't have corresponding bulbs.
