Default I need a passenger side front headlight unit for 07 is350

Hi,
I'm looking for a passenger side front headlight unit to replace my current one. Pulled the headlight and found water & rust in the ballast, so I want to replace the entire unit with a used one. I need advice on where I can get one, Ebay ? or someplace else maybe on this forum.

Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

There is no secret to buying replacement headlights troll the usual sources like Ebay, car-part.com, hollanderparts.com and Rockauto etc. although given your location that will limit your choices somewhat.

Rockauto does have new TYC brand units for your car, I've had mostly good results with TYC. If you're only replacing 1 then it might not match exactly to your factory unit.

Now might be a good time to upgrade to the more modern headlights

If you're getting a used one, I would worry about haziness of the headlight's front plastic lens. If it's in bad condition, it might be polished to look clear but will go back to being hazy within a year if it's a simple polish.

Yeah, thanks for the feedback. I should think about updating both headlights however, I have AFS and frankly I kind of like the swiveling action. I’ve decided to look for a good unit, like you said have both lens polished and I believe there is some sort of polymer?? I can finish both with . I’ve only put 6k on the car in five years so I’m hoping for the best.

I have a used one with ~150k on it. I replaced my headlights after someone hit me on the driver side. Headlight isn't in the best shape but it worked fine 1.5 years ago before I removed it. I don't need it anymore, I don't even know why I still have it. I can let it go for the cost of shipping. Hard part will be sourcing a box of you don't need it in a few days.

yeah, the swiveling is pretty cool. There are "sealants" that suppose to keep the polish last a lot longer though I never tried it before just changing my old headlights to aftermarket ones (I don't have AFS).
