I’m looking to wrap the gx soon. I have the wrap just gotta make time to do it. I was hoping someone had some info on how to remove the rear bumper step, license plate aera and the moulding on the doors. Besides those 3 items I think everything else I can remove or loosen to wrap. Any info would be appreciated.

 

Post photos, thinking of doing it to mine. The molding on the doors is just stuck on by double sided tape, assuming you're talking about the door ding guards. Looks like there are three screws holding the bumper step in place. All on the edge of the interior facing side, one on each corner and one in the middle. Not sure on the plate area though.

 

See if this helps.....I think you pop off the more inner cover, then it exposes the step portion. It kind of looks like that also mainly prys off based on images of the underside I see on eBay ect.

seems easy enough for the steps and the moulding on the door. Just need to figure out the license plate area now.
