ML upgrade for without ML car
Since the left rear tweeter on my MY10 IS F has stopped working, I’m thinking of installing a Mark Levinson system, something I’ve been considering for a while. I don’t think there will be any issues with the front wiring harness, but since the locations of some of the rear speakers differ depending on whether the Mark Levinson system is installed, I’m struggling with how to handle the wiring harness. To be honest, the cost-performance ratio isn’t great, but I want to enjoy the sense of superiority that comes with having Mark Levinson, and since I often listen to songs with female vocals, I think it’s worth installing. I’m not asking if it’s worth it. I’m asking how to do it.
Fair enough. There are plenty of threads on this forum that discuss this upgrade. This thread may be a good place to start. There isn't a straightforward tutorial on doing this as it's pretty complicated and few if any people have completed this swap. But there is plenty of info on all that you'd theoretically need to complete it.
