Default 2026 RX350h clicking from front

I’m noticing a sharp, repeatable clicking noise from the front end when:
  • Accelerating from a complete stop
  • Sometimes when easing off the throttle at low speed
It feels like a slight driveline “flex” or play being taken up, not a suspension noise.

Vehicle has ~5,000 km. No warning lights, no visible issues.

Has anyone with a 2023+ RX (especially hybrid AWD) experienced something similar?
  • Did it turn out to be CV axle / drive shaft related?
  • Was there a confirmed fix (replacement vs “normal”)?
  • Did the dealer reference any TSBs or updated parts?
Trying to understand if this is a known driveline issue or something isolated. Appreciate any insight.

hello munnap,

Do you mean this issue in the links? If so, I think you are not alone and there is a TSB (technical service bulletin) about it.
