Default Radio/infotainment quirks

I have favorite channels set on my radio that include SiriusXM, FM and AM. In the past when I use the left and right arrows on the steering wheel, it would cycle through my favorite channels. Now, sometimes it cycles through the preset channels and sometimes it just starts displaying random channels. Also, I can go to the next channel, but when I go back to the previous channel with the opposite arrow, it’s not the channel that I have been listening to, but some random channel. This never happened in the past and only has been occurring for the past few months. I should note that my car is a 2023 so I have had it for almost 3 years.

Is that with the touch sensitive buttons that come with HUD or the standard?

Looks like the difference is in how long you hold the button down.
