Radio Delay
Occasionally, when I start and begin to drive my 2023 NX 350h (Premium; no ML), the radio fails to begin playing for about 2-3 minutes even though the last time I drove the car the radio was selected and playing. It does not seem to matter what I do to the radio controls, or whether I do anything at all to them. Regardless of switching stations, adjusting the volume, or simply not touching the controls at all, the radio remains silent for 2-3 minutes, then starts playing spontaneously. Has anyone else experienced this?
Yes I noticed this yesterday and I believe it has something to do with priority of native Lexus "radio" or (in my case) Android Auto media selections. Unclear when you enter the car which takes precedence other than maybe the last one that was playing?

When this occurs, I have previously parked and turned off the car with the radio on and tuned to one of my favorited stations. Then, when I next get in the car and start it, the radio does not begin to play for 2-3 minutes. I do not have XM, and have not tried switching to Android/Youtube Music or Google Podcasts (the only other sound sources I typically use) and back.

Every car has XM. You just pay or not pay for the service. Go to Channel 1 on your XM next time. The sign-up commercial will be playing. And see if there is a delay there also
This problem continues to occur, but very sporadically. Very occasionally, when I start the car after it has been previously parked with the FM radio on, selected and tuned to a specific channel, the FM radio fails to begin playing. After about 3-4 minutes, it will spontaneously start playing. While it is silent, I can switch channels and it remains silent. While the FM is silent, if I switch modes, it will play Sirius XM, or stream music from Android Auto through YouTube Music. But when I switch back to FM, silence continues until several minutes have passed. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or am I the last lonely boomer who still listens to FM radio? This happens only about once or twice a month; the rest of the time the FM radio starts again as soon as I turn on the car.
