FYI: Thought the issue was old news, but I just received yesterday evening via the Lexus app...

Remedy
Remedy Status: Remedy Not Available
Lexus is currently preparing the remedy. When the remedy becomes available, any authorized Lexus dealer will replace the low pressure fuel pump with an improved one FREE OF CHARGE.
Personally, this is fantastic news to me, as someone who's out of warranty. 23,000 miles and no issues but good to know Lexus will cover it if it happens. Unless the dealership forces me at a regular service, I probably won't bother getting the fix until I see actual warning lights/other symptoms. If it aint broke, don't fix it.
I have a '23 and nothing shows up in the app or checking the Lexus site. From the other comments, looks like '22s are listed, anyone else newer than that get an alert?
The recall shows up for my car in the app as well. Mine is a 2022 Launch Edition. The Overview section says "Safety Recall RM3 (XM3) - Interim Notice - Certain 2016-2022 Model Year GS F, 2022 Model Year IS 500 and 2015-2022 Model Year RC F - Vehicle May Stall During Driving at Higher Speed"

Looks like cars newer than 2022 aren't affected?
"Newer than 2022 aren't affected" - I expect "for now", unless there is a part number change, I dont see how they would make argument its not impacted. We have Jeff the part expert who can probably confirm if any difference in pump #s for different years.
