Default Plugs and coils - Replace or not??

2010 GS350 AWD - 125,000 miles
So had car since 118,000 miles
I've done Transmission and transfer case fluid changes but with no codes and no rough idling.
Dealership has no record of Plugs and Coils ever being replaced.
I haven't even popped one off yet to check condition.
Question is do I touch the coils and plugs or leave them until I get a sign.
I'm leaning on replacing them to be safe.

Thoughts?

I would. Or the plugs at least. You never know, you might buy a set and the ones you take out don't look like they've been in 26 years but for peace of mind I'd do the job anyway. Not sure how it is on the 350 but I replaced the plugs on my 450h (left the coils) and it wasn't the easiest change I've ever done so I can imagine the job getting put off by previous owners. Plugs are also one of those things I don't mess with, I always get what the handbook says to fit and usually from the dealer. Fit and forget.

I haven't bought anything newer than 2008 for the last few years and unless there's reams of paperwork to the contrary I always take the approach that nothing's been done and slowly work my way through the list.

Please, if you do change them, only use OEM parts from a reputable source. Chinese knock-offs will give you more problems then you currently have.

I'd pull a plug and check condition before springing for new parts.

I did plugs and tubes, left the coils. Buy from dealer or Bell Lexus, lots of fakes online.
