I saw some tires and wheels off of a SC400, as well as some newer model Lexus cars. Are the bolt patterns and offset the same for all Lexus models?

Those wheels won't clear the 4 piston brake calipers in the front. SCs only came with 2 pistons and are a much shallower wheel design. The later model 2014+ IS350 wheels will clear though, barely. You might have to grind a tiny bit away but its basically just the casting marks. But they do fit without spacers.
